Hearing Neil sing in like going home. I have seen every Detroit concert since the 70's, many times going to more than one when he had mulitple concerts. Everytime it was like visiting an old friend. Neil you bring Peace to all that see and enjoy you. God Bless.
I've been in love with you since the first time I heard you sing ... was 1973. You sang "Song Sung Blue". I even love Porcupine Pie ... now that's an old one. I can't express how much you've given to me through your music. Keep it coming ... You're the KING!!

I am only 11 and I love to listen to neil diamond ever since I was 5.To tell you the truth (it may sound weird) but i only listen to oldies.
I've been listening to Neil's music since I was a teenager in the 70s. I still listen to his music today. It's refreshing to see that there are other fans who still enjoy good, decent music as compared to what is being produced today. Neil Diamond has to be the greatest singer, songwriter of our time! Thanks Neil!
Neil, my mother, Chiarina, would have been 80 in a few weeks she has now passed. She said you were God's Gift to Earth and had music she wanted at her funeral, Frank Sinatra and Neil Diamond. She was born in Brooklyn of Italian decent so Frank covered the Italian part and you the Brooklyn part with "America", as that is how her family came here and hung the American Flag every holiday out their window. She never got to see you in concert but I did in South Florida back in the 70's or 80's and she was right. I still play your ALBUMS, yes ALBUMS. I keep yours. Every time I hear Red Red Wine I tell the people I bet you don't know who wrote that.....
You need to do an album of all the songs you gave to other singers. Alot of people don't know that your talent made other people famous. So "I'm a Believer" (The Monkeys) and hope to see you again one day . Thank you for giving joy to my mother all those years.
You are my best childhood memories. My mothers name is Caroline. Needless to say, my dad always sang it to her. I remember them coming home from "Hot August Night" at the Greek and them telling us about the tree people & us kids getting caught up in the energy that was that night so long ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you given me, my family and many many others!
