Do you remember being a child and your biggest worry was eating all the vegetables on your plate or studying for that 20 word spelling test? Do you remember circle "yes or no notes" to see if someone liked you? Do you remember slip and slides? Do you remember when you could let your kids walk around the block without having to worry about them? Do you remember the simplicity and fun of original Nintendo....or even Atari? Original Sega Genisis....When Gameboys first came out...long before "coming out" was an expression of sexuality. Do you remember having a lemonade stand without worrying about the stranger pulling up in the car? Do you remember saying the pledge of allegiance in school? Do you remember when only home phones existed? When people had to wait until the busy signal was gone to talk to you because impatient call waiting didn't exist.When you never even knew the word depression existed? When there was no such thing as postpartum depression? When little boys were allowed to be energetic without everyone calling them ADD? Do you remember when every Mom knew how to cook and families ate regularly together? And could afford to have Mom stay home for the kids before and after school instead of expecting the kids to fend for themselves? Do you remember when it was just common 2 wait until marriage to have sex and not just a rare idea? Do you remember when it was your responsibility to speak to your kids about sex and not some school administrator?
