This song was the song of my life when my first love and lover left that final night in the projects that we lived in. I was her next door neighbor and we were best friends and love and lovers for most of our lives and that last night of living next to me, her mother ( who also had a thing for me) moved her way and its been 30 yrs since i have seen her, I was so devastated and heartbroken, I lost the love of my life due to her mothers jealousym, well one year ago my mom pased away and you will never guess whon her RN case manager was MY GIRL and when she saw mw she ran up to me and kissed me so hard and hugged so long and told me that she has never fallen out of love for me and I love her too, today we see each other weekly and talk daily and we are so in love!! THis song is about our love and how it endured I have loved her now for over 45 years?? we were dystined to be together-soul mates forever- In love and always will be to her!!
