AOL: What did the release of 'Konichiwa B----es' symbolize for you personally and for your career?
R: 'Konichiwa B----es' was an important song for the album because it was one of those moments where I could really take this idea that I had for a long time and just go all the way with it. I could go crazy and have fun -- do whatever I wanted. But the song also the song talks about independence in it's own way. It's really about where I was at the time when I started the label. I had to kind of bang my chest and believe in myself when no one else did.
