The average person is tired of being left holding the bag for The Banksters, Big Pharma, Big Business. No one should walk away from their obligations, but if the big wigs can leave the rest of us holding the bag then we should give them a taste of their own medicine.

Jan 17th 2010 7:54PM It's time that politicians, school superintendents, principals, teachers and anyone else paid with taxpayer money start showing some respect for their employers. A huge chunk of my tax money goes for our schools, and when I've had issues with the superintendent and principal (just one time each - I'm not a chronic complainer), I've been treated horribly. They were condescending and unhelpful, not to mention arrogant.

In this situation, I would sue the school board members because they are not doing their job. They are supposed to represent the taxpayers NOT the goddamned staff. I would also sue the principal and superintendent for not taking care of business. This is BS.

Jan 17th 2010 7:49PM School boards are usually puppets for the overpaid superintendents and principals. This jerk needed to be chewed out. Any time I have had to contact the principal or superintendent of my daughter's school (once each over 5 years), they've been rude and stonewalled me. They refused to cooperate over important issues (like children having to walk down the middle of an icy road because a school bus won't drop them at their doors). They were arrogant.

Taxpayers pay the salaries of school officials. They work for US. I am sick and tired of politicians, superintendents and the rest of people who make a living off of MY dollar refusing to do their jobs. I'd have cussed this guy out too.
