'HSM' Star Vanessa Anne Hudgens' Nude Photo Scandal

The true identity of the girl -- who looked suspiciously like 18-year-old 'High School Musical' star Vanessa Anne Hudgens -- in the X-rated photo traveling through the blogosphere has been confirmed. The 'HSM' sweetheart released a statement to TMZ confirming that she is indeed the naked lady in the picture. Hudgens' rep told TMZ, "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."

The naughty image's existence was first reported by the National Enquirer and quickly spread through the internet. The bracelet Hudgens, who is currently dating 'HSM' co-star Zac Efron, is wearing in the dirty picture matched one she'd been wearing when photographed earlier in the day while at the beach, all but confirming that the speculation had been correct.

Disney has not commented on how the decidedly adult photo will impact Hudgens' role in the third installment of the kid-friendly 'High School Musical.'

4. This not should have happened to her, this is a priavte matter,she makes high school musical good, she has to be in IT!!!! I am not a huge fan myself, but sorry, teh guy who took this photo should be the one who is sood.

5. Vanessa Ann Hudgens is the one who makes the high school musical movies good, although I am not a big fan, she still is good for the part, no one could replace her!!!! This is a private and personal matter, it should be handled with out paparatzie and publicity!!!! The guy who took this picutre should be held for crim and should be sood.

8. I just can't believe this, she seemed so innocent although her photos have changed slightly over the past year or so. I just feel so sorry for her I hope this doesnt effect her career and i would say be more careful in the future but its obviously to late for that, shes shown it all!
I think it is wrong that people have spread it all over the news and papers, i dont think this is what she wanted, although she may have just wanted the attention although i dont believe this for a second.

9. I really did not care for her!! She is an ugly a** hoe who thinks she can do whatever she wants just because she is famous!! Why did you even have that picture taken?? You're only 18 years old!! Who was taking the picture huh??? Was it Zac Efron or did another man see you naked. You must have known it would get out to the public. I think you are doing it just for the attention!!

15. poor baby! *-no homo*- she my girl fah life she my No. 1 favorite disney channel star, but she is clueless as ever. Everybody thinks Vanessa is this sweet innocent kind caring 18 year old. but ya'll gotta listen, she is 18! u see all these little ho's out there doing that on purpose. it waS PERSONAL photo that got out on accident, ( purpose at some point ) but this girl is grown in college doing whatever. she can get married, drinnk and or smoke, she can put a picture out there nude.
