There is absolutley nothing wrong with these photos. I personally think they are a work of art and not to be looked at as trashy photography. Secondly, as far as Marie Osmond's comment concerning her dad (even though I like Marie), Miley is not her daughter and she needs to keep her opinion to herself.

If these pictures are scandalous in anyway, then we have serious problems.
Nothing is exposed except her back, and wearing a tank top or a halter does that.
It is a shame that because she is young and doing so well, that some would like to knock her down. She is a teenager, and did nothing wrong, she is not showing anything but her back. What good comes out of hurting her? Why make her feel like she did something so terrible. She is an inspiration to many little girls, and the media stirring up this is ridiculuos. Talk to the girls who enjoy seeing her, and can't wait to see her in concert or at one of her tapings. It is getting so that if you are a positive role model you will have plenty of people knocking you down. Life is hard enough as an adult, why hurt a child...........SHE DID NOTHING WRONG..........NOR HER PARENTS

I think people have way too much time on their hands to sit around and make something disgusting about a photo of a man and his daughter. I personally thought it was original and tasteful. It doesnt always have to be the typical, generic pose.

thank you !!!!! im an 18 year old girl and even though i don't have kids, i know what it feels like to be put down by others when they don't know the full story. these people that talk like this and think the world should be full of perfect little girls need to open there mouth and say something to them. not take it out on 1 person out of stress to hold it in about everyone els. Maybee if parents said more or did more they wouldn't have kids going bad. they take it out on her cause they are too scared that telling there kids this will hurt them for life and they will hate them!!! hey!!! its better that letting them ruin their life later on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you people need to go to the malls and on the beach or walk out your front door and bash all the other 15 year olds that hardly have anything on and walk around in skimpy bathing suets and minni skurts in the mall, or go in your 15 year old doughters room and yell and scream at her and put her down and clean out the dang closet of all those clothes that mily wears or brain wosh them to be perfect. maybee even go to their school and tell all the 15 year olds to stop having sex and getting preg. then you can come back on here and bash Mily cause you know you have every right too!! good god people let it go! take that freakishly large blind fold off and look around your "perfect little world" and see how retarded your acting to this girl when there are millions more out there to bash!!!!! It seems I have matured enough to not be shocked by an innocent picture such as this. I may not have kids, but I have relatives that are kids so I do know a thing or two about them. Kids will not be scarred at seeing pictures like this unless prudish parents put shame into their kids' mouths and teach them to be ashamed of "revealing" photos or, in Vanessa Hudgens' case, nudity.

The picture is beautiful! The problem is, she is a star to a much younger audience that should not be exposed to these type of photos, which I believe are too mature for her fan group.
