The passengers in the suv were killed. The driver of the truck was not charged. However the driver of the car that stuck the truck was charged and convicted of vehicular manslaughter, he cause the accident that took the lives of the passengers of the suv. Brandi hit the woman's car from behind and regardless of the so called "slight marijuana in the woman's system it was not the cause of her death as the media is implies. Brandi cause the woman's death and should be held accountable, charged and convicted.

Brandi should have been charged with vehicular homicide or vehicular manslaughter. Manslaughter-The unlawful killing of one human by another without express or implied intent to do injury. Misdemeanor-An offense less serious than a felony. It is very much worth pursing, a life was taken that cannot be replaced at her negligence. There is no such thing as Justice in this country. It only applies to those without money. There is preferential treatment for the rich and famous. Whatever Brandi was doing it is obvious that she was not paying attention to the traffic and hit the woman's car causing her to spin out which lead to her death. Brandi failed to yield a safe distance between her car and the woman's car. There was an accident in Ohio where a driver of a car weaved in front of an oncoming truck sideswiping the truck causing the truck driver to lose control and hit a suv head-on that was traveling a couple of cars behind the driver that struck him. I saw her on TV the other day celebrating and grinning like an idiot over this - a person died and she should have had enough grace to just slink away...not mug for the cameras as though she'd won a grammy. Very poor taste...
