During the premiere episode of what would become the wildly successful series 'Newlyweds,' the 'Irresistible' blonde pop tart unveiled her seemingly genuine lack of intelligence. Watching television with her hunky new husband, 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, the seasoned tuna-fish consumer expressed her confusion regarding the identity of the 'Chicken of the Sea' that they were eating. Her literal approach to meat reappeared several episodes later when she refused buffalo wings saying, "I don't eat buffalo." Wow.

Thanks to these and subsequent "Jessica moments," her popularity actually skyrocketed. She was all over the boob tube in 2004 -- from 'Newlyweds' to 'The Nick and Jessica Variety Hour' to 'Nick & Jessica's Family Christmas' -- and the big screen in 2005, as sexy cousin Daisy in 'The Dukes of Hazzard.'
