For me, the most glamorous moment of the year was when my gal Whitney hit the red carpet looking super fresh and fabulous at the 17th Carousel of Hope Ball, arm-in-arm with the man who first made her career soar, legendary music mogul Clive Davis. This was about two months after word broke that Whitney finally filed for divorce from her no-good hubby Bobby Brown after over 14 rocky years of marriage!
Bobby had been in and out of jail and court, and then Whitney's self-admitted problems with drugs hit a high point when pictures of her rumored crack den bathroom surfaced! But I've always stuck by Ms. Houston's side 100 percent. She is, for sure, one of the best singers ever and I really hope that '07 will be the year that our dear Whitney finally mounts her triumphant, long-overdue comeback! Here's one blogger who is pulling for Ms. Houston to get her act together! Who doesn't love a good comeback story?
