AubreyDanityKane: she was too hot for her name...

DWoodsDanityKane: well i was using D. Woods before the show and just wanted to protect my name in case that didn't work out
DonyaInMusic: ahhh, smart
DonyaInMusic: so, Aubrey you mentioned your "man" earlier
DonyaInMusic: I take it you two are still together?
AubreyDanityKane: yeah... different one.
DWoodsDanityKane: all the boys like aubs ;-)
AubreyDanityKane: and some girls...
DWoodsDanityKane: hahahahah
DonyaInMusic: whoa
DonyaInMusic: you better clarify that one before people get ideas
AubreyDanityKane: hahaha, D and I are silly you cant have us on this thing together
DWoodsDanityKane: yeah girl clean it up please

DonyaInMusic: I can see the headline now..."Aubrey says she dates guys and girls"

DonyaInMusic: do you date guys and girls?
AubreyDanityKane: NO! just the boys... or should I say MEN.
DonyaInMusic: ok, cool
DonyaInMusic: I'm just looking out for you cuz you know how the media gets
DWoodsDanityKane: well we get into the tabloid magazines and our minds go crazy on what we could just create
DWoodsDanityKane: but we wont
DonyaInMusic: right
AubreyDanityKane: hahaha, ive experienced bad press... at some point you have to be flattered by it.
DonyaInMusic: good attitude to have
AubreyDanityKane: thanks girl.
DonyaInMusic: how does your man feel about all these guys liking his girl?
DonyaInMusic: especially since that magazine spread you did
DonyaInMusic: was that Maxim?
AubreyDanityKane: yeah and blender. My new man? he is supportive he is in the industry so he gets it.
DonyaInMusic: is he an artist as well?
DonyaInMusic: or just behind the scenes?
AubreyDanityKane: a DJ.
DWoodsDanityKane: its good to have somebody that respects our drive
AubreyDanityKane: seriously.
DonyaInMusic: ok, and what about you D. Are you dating anyone?
DWoodsDanityKane: well i have boys who like me too, but im really not tied to anyone cause the music comes first for me
DWoodsDanityKane: im a little selfish with my time and a lot of guys cant hang
DonyaInMusic: I feel you. So, ladies tell us what it's like working with the infamous Diddy
DWoodsDanityKane: Mr. Combs is a trip. he always keeps you on your toes
DWoodsDanityKane: i think we've grown on him though, now he has five lil sisters
AubreyDanityKane: its intense. You know I always say this in interviews... but I forget what a legend he is when we work with him every day. we see him running around his house in boxers and its just crazy when I step out...
AubreyDanityKane: and realize THIS IS MY BOSS. How cool is that?
DonyaInMusic: wow, in his boxers huh?
DonyaInMusic: so does he need BIG boxers or small ones? :)
AubreyDanityKane: yeah, he looked good.... good calves.
AubreyDanityKane: they were like medium.
AubreyDanityKane: hahaha.
DonyaInMusic: good answer
DonyaInMusic: have you guys interacted with Ness and Babs from Da Band at all?
DonyaInMusic: I know they must be a little upset that your album's come out before theirs
AubreyDanityKane: Babs is DOPE! we love her, we want to do a duet with her.
DWoodsDanityKane: We have run into babs and ness quite a bit and it's all love. they gave us advice
DonyaInMusic: So, on the show, it looks like Diddy hand-picked the team who'd work with you from vocal coaches to choreographers
AubreyDanityKane: yeah, we were able to work with the best
DWoodsDanityKane: yes the people he has worked close with for years
DonyaInMusic: were you all able to get your own outside managers or lawyers?
DonyaInMusic: or is everything through Bad Boy?
AubreyDanityKane: no we have our own counsel.
DonyaInMusic: ok, good
AubreyDanityKane: we may have come through a reality tv show but we are smart buisness women.
DWoodsDanityKane: we ain't that green
DonyaInMusic: great, you should be
DonyaInMusic: were there any moments that you wish did or did not make the show
DonyaInMusic: ?
AubreyDanityKane: yeah... the 100th "I don't want to be just a pretty white girl" could have gone without that!
DonyaInMusic: I was gonna ask you about that
DonyaInMusic: do you still feel that way today?
AubreyDanityKane: Well I was overdramatic about the pretty white girl thing bc it has been said to me in a number of outlets, and I want any situation that I am in to respect my person (which I have worked hard to love) and my artistry... so when I
AubreyDanityKane: didn't get that it hurt.
DWoodsDanityKane: there is a lot of us having trouble and working intensely but we wish they showed more of us having fun and being our selves
AubreyDanityKane: we are really funny, they don't show that very much.
