BustasBigBang: Swizz produced the track so when I got the record I had to do my 1-2 step on it... With 2 energies, the high energy and the low energy
DonyaInMusic: Is it true that Diddy advised you after your first CD to do more commercial songs?
BustasBigBang: No
DonyaInMusic: hmmm
DonyaInMusic: the rumor mill messes up again!
DonyaInMusic: well, what have you been up to since your last CD and where are you chatting from right now?
BustasBigBang: Recording, getting in shape & just sticking with the grind. Right now I'm on my promo tour driving from atl to tampa.
DonyaInMusic: yeah, we ladies have noticed that you're a little bigger now
BustasBigBang: Just call me king kong
DonyaInMusic: ha ha
BustasBigBang: Lol
DonyaInMusic: what kind of workout do you do?
BustasBigBang: A very strenuous one. I do 2 body parts a day, cardio...and most importantly I focus on sticking to the diet.
DonyaInMusic: does that mean no West Indian food?
DonyaInMusic: no roti or plantains?
BustasBigBang: Nah I eat nuff west indian food still. I just moderate it.
DonyaInMusic: Smoking Gun has a copy of your artist rider and they say you request lots of those good Jamaican eats AND ribbed condoms?
BustasBigBang: Affirmative!
