AshleyParqrAnjel: Of course!!
melissainmusic: where you at?
AshleyParqrAnjel: I'm at my house in LA
melissainmusic: how are you enjoying your new house?
melissainmusic: i know you and your fiancee worked hard to get it :)
AshleyParqrAnjel: Its cool...its nice to have it to ourselves b/c for the longest time there was a camera crew living here with us
melissainmusic: bring back old memories of 'making the band'?
AshleyParqrAnjel: totally...there was a camera man that had filmed MTB that also came and shot almost all of 'There & Back'
melissainmusic: ha! well that's cool -- helped it feel a little less intrusive i hope. :D
AshleyParqrAnjel: yeah def...he's known me since I was 18 years old and he filmed the birth of my boy Lyric ... the first baby ever born on MTV!
melissainmusic: he's making history already! :)
AshleyParqrAnjel: and he doesn't even know it:-)
melissainmusic: why did you name him Lyric?
AshleyParqrAnjel: I liked that it was an uncommon name cause I'm all about being original and I loved the meaning behind the word since I spend a lot of time songwriting
melissainmusic: speaking of Lyric, how has becoming a daddy changed you?
AshleyParqrAnjel: Its changed my perspective on life! A lot of my goals have changed and I'm building character in a way that I couldn't have before
melissainmusic: does he like listening to you play your songs?
melissainmusic: maybe serenading him during diaper changes? Hehe
