A number of churches have cancelled their Christmas Eve or Christmas services, but as News 12's Sara Miles tells us, one church won't cancel services no matter how much snow falls.Pastor Andy Ritchie says, "Very Little that will keep the church from not opening, went through a number of snow times, and we just make it in one way or another."So one way or another, around 50 people made it in for the afternoon Christmas Eve Service at Hosanna Lutheran Church.(Nats)Including Musician Tristian Rupp who noticed over a foot of snow covering her car when she went to leave this morning.Musician Tristin Rupp says, "Started to take a scraper to get snow off, wasn't good enough so I got a shovel and shoveled off the snow."But that still didn't stop her from coming in.Rupp says, "I wouldn't miss this for anything."And she wasn't the only one...Heather Magelee says, "We're gonna cancel the rest of family plans, but church isn't that far away."Although many people were willing to shovel out of their driveways or travel a few blocks over, Pastor Andy Richie says he just wants people to be safe.Pastor Ritchie says, "Roads are bad, you do what you gotta do, don't want you coming out if you don't think you can make it back or in."And if worst comes to worse, Steven Rupp will definitely do what it takes...Steven Rupp says, "I would walk to church"(nats out)In Mankato, Sara Miles, News 12Hosanna Lutheran says they have never cancelled a Christmas Eve or Christmas service.They attribute that to being located off Main Street, which is one of most heavily plowed streets in the city.
