Every third Thursday, Three Sheets to the Wind , the local group that bills itself America's No. 1 Tribute to Yacht Rock, plays at the Republic (2053 W. Broad St.). Specializing in the soft-rock, AM-radio sound that ruled the airwaves in the 1970s and '80s, the genre got its name in 2005 when writer J.D.
