Whereas the preceding track found the Brooklyn rapper going solo on the mic, he's joined here by frequent collaborator and equally gifted rapper Blu. They share equal time on the track, trading verses over the strings-heavy, near-militaristic beat that gets just as much time to shine as the MCs. It's upon hearing the beat ride out that it becomes clear Brooklyknight is just as much as producer showcase as it is a rap album.
