Sally Timms (born 29 November 1959; Leeds, England) is an English singer and songwriter. Timms is best known for her long involvement with The Mekons whom she joined in 1985. She recorded her first solo album, ''Hangahar'' (an experimental improvised film score), at the age of 19 with Pete Shelley of the Buzzcocks in 1980. She also provided the voice of SARA,TOM's AI companion on the Cartoon Network programing block "Toonami" from 1999 to 2006. Even though the character SARA returned on the revived block, Timms did not reprise the role.
