Ryan Michael Malcolm (born October 13, 1979 in Kingston, Ontario) is a Canadian singer best known as the winner of the first season of ''Canadian Idol''. In 2006, after releasing his debut solo album ''Home'' in 2003, Malcolm formed a new alternative rock band, Low Level Flight.
