A state appellate court on Wednesday reduced the 300-year prison sentence of Toussaint Davis, the man convicted for his role in the 2006 jewelry store robbery that resulted in the shooting death of New Hartford police Officer Joseph Corr. By modifying the triple-century sentence imposed by Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer in 2007, Davis will now face a sentence of 25 years to life in prison. Read More
