Two-time Grammy Award winner Rita Coolidge will be in Poway on Saturday, Oct. 17 to headline the sixth annual Circle of Harmony Concert, a celebration of American Indian culture at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts. The annual event is one of the main fundraisers for the Kumeyaay-Ipai Interpretive Center, a protected archaeological site in the center of Poway that has been restored to the untouched state it was in when members of the Kumeyaay tribe called it home.
