George Michael , one of the legendary "Boss Jocks" DJ"s who reigned during the AM radio era in Philly on WFIL Famous 56 passed away on December 24th. He was 70 years old. He was on 'FIL from 1966 to 1974 and will forever remain one of my favorite "boss jocks" of all time, right up there with his colleague Long John Wade.
