New Jersey's No Hollywood Ending released their first full-length album, It's All a Nightmare, in 2004, introducing punk fans to their throat-shredding hybrid of metal and hardcore (with intermittent melodic choruses) that could at times be compared to a band like Avenged Sevenfold. In the years that followed the album's release, the band was completely overhauled with the exception of Frank Osler (lead vocals) and CLC (guitar, vocals). Eventually, No Hollywood Ending welcomed Ryan Lesinski (guitar, vocals) and Steve Gotthelf (drummer) into the fray, and in April 2007, Kyle Mohr (synth, vocals), formerly of local act Gray Lines of Perfection, and Joe Beninato (bass) completed the lineup. The group's sophomore effort, Everybody's Talking, was issued in July 2007 through No Milk Records/Merovingian Music. ~ Corey Apar, All Music Guide
