As they gear up to support Rage Against the Machine on Saturday, June 6 at their free gig in North London's Finsbury Park in celebration of the L.A. rockers beating 'X-Factor' winner Joe McElderry to the UK Christmas No. 1 slot , Gogol Bordello frontman Eugene Hütz has spoken of his previous experience playing with the agit-rockers -- joining them onstage for an all-star rendition of the MC5 's classic rabble-rousing rocker, 'Kick Out the Jams.'
"I played at a benefit concert with them in LA for homeless people," Hütz tells Spinner. "[Rage Against the Machine guitarist] Tom Morello texted me and asked if I wanted to play some acoustic songs.
