Atlanta, Georgia-based Kristian Stanfill discovered music and songwriting when he was still a teenager, learned how to play the guitar, and began leading music worship at his home church, continuing to do so all through his high-school years. Graduating college in 2002, he began leading worship at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, and in 2005 he became actively involved with the Passion movement, working on several Passion CD projects, including Everything Glorious (2006), The Best of Passion (So Far) (2007), and God of This City (2008). Heavily influenced by the spiritual side of U2, Stanfill put together his own band and released the EP Hello and the full-length Attention in 2009 on Six Steps Records. Mountains Move, produced by Jason Ingram and Rusty Varenkamp, appeared two years later in 2011. ~ Steve Leggett, Rovi
