Rolling Stones guitarist and pirate of the Caribbean Keith Richards probably hasn't pushed his bony pelvis through the Dartford Central Library's turnstile in decades, but, in a recent interview to plug the Stones' post-post-post-post-re-farewell tour "50 and Counting," the 69-year-old admitted to owing his hometown bibliotheca an "astronomical" amount in late fees from books he forgot to return "about 50 years ago."
