Kate & Paul is the husband and wife singer-songwriter duo of Kate and Paul Sobolewski. Appearing for years at New Jersey coffeehouses, clubs, private parties, and concerts, the duo developed quite a following in the tri-state area. They have performed as both a duo and in fuller band situations, often with the lineup of lap steel guitarist Mike Esposito, bassist Niles Terrat, and drummer John Yeomans, and their repertoire includes originals and covers that are stylistically across-the-board, including components of rock & roll, R&B, blues, jazz, country, roots-rock, country, even Brazilian and Latin musics.
