Tropical orquestra Jossie Esteban y la Patrulla 15 was formed in May of 1979 by Jossie Esteban (born Esteban Grullón) and Alberto Martínez, also known as Ringo. Musicians from Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic participated in Jossie Esteban y la Patrulla 15's debut album, called El Cuchu Cu Cha.
