Jesse Walker, associate editor of Reason magazine and author of Rebels on the Air: An Alternative History of Radio in America , has written for a wide range of publications, from The New Republic and The New York Times to No Depression and Alternative Press Review. He has also worked as a DJ, a dishwasher, and a miscellaneous office grunt, and was once hired to help move a clandestine dog farm.
