An Owatonna man is dead, and his daughter injured after their vehicle collided with a tractor.It happed yesterday evening just before 10:30 in Steele County.The Steele County Sheriff's Department says a tractor driven by 30 year old Jason Gillis was driving eastbound on 28th Street... and 46 year old Dean Kremmin was traveling west bound when the two vehicles collided.Both men are from the Owatonna area.Kremmin was pronounced dead at the scene.His 16 year old daughter who was a passenger in the car was transported to the Owatonna Hospital.Gillis was not injured.
