Bradley Torreano came aboard the AMG staff two days before Halloween in the fall of 2001. He had previously freelanced for the site, and spent some lean years as the Music Director of WQBR at Eastern Michigan University. Born in the small town of Negaunee, MI, he spent years obsessing over MTV's 120 Minutes, buying everything Dave Kendall or Lewis Largent recommended throughout high school. A move to Ypsilanti brought him into the independent film world, but the years of "useless" music knowledge (as a professor once put it) paid off when he showed up to AMG's offices looking for his first writing gig. His film work can be seen in the independent horror feature Witchunter as well as several obscure Michigan productions that haunt video stores in Europe and Asia.
