Blood on the Saddle is a cowpunk band from Los Angeles formed in 1981. They released three albums before splitting up in 1987, with the band's only constant member Greg Davis forming a new line-up in the 1990s, releasing a final album in 1995. Greg Davis announced on Facebook that he would be releasing a new album in 2013.
