Back in September, during homecoming week, Waseca High School freshman Jacob Gleason was killed in a car accident.At tonight's home opener, Jacob's family and the school's wrestling program remembered their teammate.News 12's Ryan Gustafson has the story.Three rings of the buzzer, signifying the three periods in a wrestling match, rang out before tonight's match, with teammates and family members encircling the mat.All in memory of a young man who will be hard to forget.Brandon Pederson says, "He brought a lot to the team.
