Huey Lewis compiled Johnnie Taylor's Stax Profiles, a 14-track combination of his best-known songs with lesser-heard material, that examines both his pre-Stax output and hit recordings for the Memphis-based label. Although collectors will have little use for this set, it suits the purposes of curious listeners quite well.
