This Singles Box from EMI collects all of Blondie's 7" and 12" singles on individual compact discs adorned with the original vinyl artwork. For the ardent fan or collector, this box is a "must have," as it's stocked with remastered versions of both classic cuts and unreleased B-sides, as well as previously unavailable remixes like the extended version of "Call Me," which appeared on the soundtrack for 1980's American Gigolo. Casual fans just looking for the hits would be better off with any of the myriad single-disc "greatest-hits" collections available, but true fanatics will eat this up, despite the glaring omission of any version of "One Way or Another." ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
