This four-song, 12-inch, 45-R.P.M. British EP contains the A-sides of Traffic's first four U.K. singles, and it was released to mark the tenth anniversary of the initial release of the last of them, "No Face, No Name, No Number." All four singles reached the British charts, with the first three hitting the Top Ten. Traffic later disavowed singles and focused on albums, but this reissue reveals the group's beginnings as a pop band in the days of 1967 psychedelia, and the music retains a period charm. ~ William Ruhlmann, All Music Guide
