For casual fans wanting a solid collection that digs a little deeper than a basic hits compilation, there's the very fine Endless Summer: The Very Best of Donna Summer. Then there's Greatest Hits, a bare-bones collection that contains her 12 biggest hits, from "Love to Love You Baby" to "She Works Hard for the Money," all presented in their single edits.
